We are seeking Project Managers at various seniority levels to join our Bologna team. Whether you are taking your first step into project management or you are a experiences professional looking for a new challenge, we are interested in meeting you.
This role is central to our operations: you will lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements and ensure that our projects are delivered with excellence — on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.
This is not a traditional project management position. You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, work at the intersection of business strategy and technology, and play a key role in shaping how ARAD evolves its methodologies for the AI era.
Responsibilities:
Lead projects end-to-end, from initial scoping through to final delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders
Integrate AI-powered tools and workflows into project execution to enhance efficiency and depth of analysis
Collaborate with technology partners to bring innovative solutions to our clients
Monitor project economics, including budgets, margins, and resource allocation
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management frameworks
Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client expansion initiatives
Requirements:
At least 2+ years of experience in consulting, digital agencies, or complex project environments
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders with clarity and composure
Genuine interest in technology and artificial intelligence and their application in business contexts
Comfortable working with technical teams and translating between business needs and tech solutions
Strong commercial awareness — you understand that excellent delivery must also be sustainable
Exceptional communication skills in both Italian and English
Based in Bologna or willing to relocate, with flexibility for hybrid working
Valued Experience
Background in retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel projects
Professional certifications (Agile, PMP, Scrum, Design Thinking)
Hands-on exposure to AI tools, digital platforms, or technology implementation projects
International experience — whether through study, work, or cross-border collaboration
