We help both large international companies and Italian start-ups to create or improve their business through the opportunities offered by digital, supporting them in defining the most appropriate strategy for their operating scenario and following them in its implementation. The sectors in which we operate primarily are retail, grocery, food & beverage and fashion.

WHO YOU WILL BE


We are looking for a talented Consultant. As an ARAD Consultant, you will take an active part in the end-to-end management of the consultancy projects, from their initial set-up up to their closure.

It will be your responsibility to produce the analyses and outputs, manage the relationship with clients, coordinate all the actors involved (both internal and external), respect time and quality standards and monitor the margins of the assigned projects. We are not hierarchical: we mostly believe in helping each other out to raise to our fullest potential. You will be working with senior colleagues that will actively support you in managing projects, providing their in-depth expertise in the reference area.



WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • Analyse and find optimal solutions to complex problems of different nature.
  • Compare and benchmark best practices within or cross-industry for both websites and omnichannel services.
  • Design and assemble presentations to showcase project advancements and outputs.
  • Administer and collect user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, and within the scope and budget.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Manage the relations with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Support in business development activities.


WHAT YOU MUST HAVE


  • Previous experience in a consultancy firm.
  • Excellent level of digital alphabetization and passion (even better if supported by previous job experiences).
  • Ability to collect inputs, rationalise them and transform them into great-quality output respecting project schedule.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to articulate processes, ideas, and solutions to a team.
  • Orientation towards providing and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Experience in testing usability and accessibility concerns.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of productivity tools (presentation and spreadsheet mainly) and good aesthetic sense.
  • Fluency in both English and Italian.
  • Willingness to learn a new thing every day.
